Condensate feed possible both
under pressure and gravity-fed
Four standard 1/2' connections are
available for connections from the compressor, the dryer, filters,
and other condensate lines.
2. Air expansion chamber with activated carbon filter for
exhaust air
This chamber enables the settling chamber
to have a calm surface by depressurizing
and slowing the inlet air and condensate.
The activated carbon element
eliminates oil from the exhaust air.
3. Settling and Flotation Chamber
Oil floats to the top of this condensate
settling chamber and is mechanically separated.
4. Oil Discharge
The oil discharge connection is
adjustable.
5. Filtration
Prefilter:- The water prefilter
made
of knitted plastic fibers filters out
large
oil droplets and extends the life of the
activated carbon filter
Activated Carbon Filter:-
The element filters all the remaining oil droplets and guarantees
the performance of the separator.
6. Water Discharge
The purified water condensate containing
less than 10 ppm can be discharged directly into the sanitary
sewer system.
7. Test Valve
The test valve allows easy access to take
discharge water samples.
8. Optional Heating Equipment
Thermostatically controlled heaters are
available for low ambient temperature installations.
